Bird Walk at Saluda Shoals Park

There is a bird walk offered by Saluda Shoals park on the last Saturday of every month. This walk is led by Patricia Voelker and it is a great opportunity to learn about birds. Meet in the parking lot by the Education Building at 8am. You may have to pay admission to the park which is $5 per car. The walks go for about 2 hours on flat paved trails near the Saluda river. [If you are new to birding, this can count as Advanced Training. If you are helping to find birds, this can count as Volunteer Service – Citizen Science.]
